Shipping

Once the order is placed on our website, we will confirm your acceptance, as well as your deadline for delivery, by email at the address provided in the order itself. In this confirmation will be detailed the product object of the delivery, place of delivery, and the way of expedition. Please note that if you have placed an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

The estimated delivery time is 2 to working days since the order is processed in the national territory. In order for the order to be processed the same day of the purchase, it must be done before 11 a.m. Orders placed outside that time will be processed on the next business day. The day in which the order is processed is the one taken into account to establish the approximate delivery date.

All orders placed through www.hustlerswatches.com will be sent without shipping costs.

Returns

In HUSTLERS we ensure that the product purchased meets the quality standards and is delivered in an effective and effective way to ensure the satisfaction of our customers in each of their purchases. If the product purchased is not of your complete satisfaction or has a defect of origin, we will do everything possible to manage your return as quickly as possible.

-          Products returned for consumer dissatisfaction:

If the product purchased by the consumer is not your complete satisfaction or has changed your mind, it can be returned under the right of withdrawal you can request within ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of the product . To make a refund for consumer dissatisfaction, the product must be delivered with all the accessories that accompanied it to the delivery (promotional materials or gifts included). Once the product has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the return will be made effective, obeying the buyer's wish to make a product change or obtain a refund of the total paid.

In the case of a change of product, the selected product will be sent back to you as soon as possible. In case of reimbursement, it will be made effective within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned product and a refund will be made to the same credit / debit card used by the user.

To make a Guarantee request, you must have:

- International Guarantee Certificate

- Copy of invoice or bank receipt

The returns for guarantee request will be made by HUSTLERS and will be free for the consumer. You can request any type of information or help through support@hustlerswatches.com
